But I notice u didn’t include any African countries, although Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Ethiopia among others, have both ongoing initiatives to develop AI locally and also have nascent industries. Unfortunate oversight because you’re neglecting the part of the Global Economy where a tech leapfrog could take place in the domain, just as has in cellphones and others.
